2. Initial System Training: When we are finished installing your system we hold a training seminar for the people who will be using the system. We believe that your knowledge of the system will virtually eliminate end user issues.

3. Personal Attention: When you call us, you hear from a person, not voice mail or phone menus. Most people’s experience with tech support and customer service comes from companies who generally provide awful customer service. It’s so bad you don’t even bother calling any more.
