Electronic products are not without their flaws, and although we do our best to install equipment we know to be reliable and long lasting, there are times when maintenance is needed.
In these unfortunate times, we are there for our customers. We have technicians on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all of our valued customers are welcome to use it. Depending on your particular security requirements, you may be better off enrolling in a maintenance plan.
Maintenance Plans
We will custom design a maintenance plan to fit your needs and budget, here are some options:
● All equipment and labor necessary to provide routine maintenance on CCTV/Security System hardware. Included in routine maintenance shall be annual testing of CCTV/Security System equipment, pickup of defective equipment for repairs, and delivery of new equipment or replaced equipment to the location.
● 24x7 on call emergency response.
● 4 hours or less verbal response to all service calls.
● 24 hours or less “on site” response to all service calls, as needed.
● Hours of Service: 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
